Según ComingSoon.net, la actriz canadiense de ascendencia alemana, china, indonesia y jamaicana Kristin Kreuk (Lana Lang en Smallville) finalmente será la actriz que hará de Chun-Li en la próxima película de acción real de SF. De esta forma quedan descartadas Jessica Alba y Jessica Biel, que habían sonado anteriormente para este papel.

La película finalmente se llamará Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li. La película estará dirigida por Andrej Bartowiak y tendrá a Justin Marks como guionista. Empezará a rodarse el próximo marzo en Tailandia. La distribuidora será la 20th Century Fox.

Por otro lado el actor coreano-japonés Byun-hung Lee, quien prestó su cara Dwayne, el protagonista del juego Lost Planet, ha firmado por el papel de Storm Shadow en la película de imagen real de GI Joe. ¡¡¡COBRAAAA!!!
