Inti Creates, los desarrolladores de Megaman 9

Megaman 9 será el primer juego multiplataforma para todas las plataformas de descarga para consolas actuales Wiiware, XBLA y PSN.

En los scans mostrados sólo se menciona sólo a Wii porque han dado la exclusiva a Nintendo Power para celebrar el 20 aniversario de la revista, y porque la sága clásica de Megaman está muy relacionada con la NES, la 8 bits de Nintendo.

ARS Technica comenta que en el listado de juegos de Capcom para el E3 dicho juego aparece mencionado sólo para las plataformas de Xbox360 y PS3, pero no se duda que también aparecerá para Wiiware viendo los scans. ¿Significa esto que la versión de Wii será diferente?

Lo que es seguro es que estará desarrollado por Inti Creates, empresa formada por ex-trabajadores de Capcom en 1996, que trabaja con Inafune en los juegos que desarrolla para nuestra empresa favorita.

Gunbike

Los dos primeros juegos de esta empresa fueron Speed Power Gunbike (PSX, 1998) y Love & Destroy (PSX, 1999), los que tuvieron a Sony como editor. Les siguió Kurohige no Golf Shiyouyo (GBA, 2001), editado por Tomy.

Love & Destroy fué popular entre los aficionados al manganime porque su diseño de personajes corría a cargo de Masakazu Katsura (Video Girl Ai), y las animaciones corrían a cargo de Production IG.

Tras estos títulos iniciales, retomaron su relación con Capcom realizando para ellos al menos un título para portátiles sobre Mega Man al año. Dichos juegos, al contrario que las sagas Mega Man EXE y Mega Man Star Force, están muy enfocados en la mecánica plataformera clásica de la saga.

Estos juegos fueron: Mega Man Zero (GBA, 2002), Mega Man Batte Chip Challenge (port para GBA del Rockman EXE N1 Battle de WonderSwan, 2003), Mega Man Zero 2 (GBA, 2003), Mega Man Zero 3 (GBA, 2004), Mega Man Zero 4 (GBA, 2005), Mega Man ZX (DS, 2006), Mega Man ZX Advent (DS, 2007).

Esto lo combinaron con el desarrollo de 3 títulos publicados por Takara, basados en el popular manga/anime Shin Chan: Crayon Shin-Chan Arashi no Yobu Cinema-Land no Daibouken!
