Street Fighter IV: Primer vídeo de Seth

Como siempre desde Shoryuken.com nos cuentan sus experiencias en las location test de Street Fighter IV. Esta vez, empezó el día 10, y coincidió con la llegada anticipada del juego a algunos salones recreativos, principalmente los Plaza Capcom.

Seth

El miembro de Shoryuken.com, Azrael, tras un número indeterminado de combates, ha llegado a enfrentarse a Seth en el modo arcade y le ha ganado. Además ha sido tan amable de postear una foto de su artwork en la pantalla de versus y un video con una pequeña parte de este combate.

Antes de enfrentarte a Seth, te enfrentas a un mid-boss que varía en función del personaje seleccionado, ya que es su rival. De momento las parejas que se conocen son Guile/Abel, Viper/Chun-Li, y Ken/Rufus.

No hay frases introductorias, pero la música varía poniéndose más épica.Al inicio del combate de Seth hay una pequeña escena cinemática introductoria. Sus golpes son principalmente del resto de personajes, incluyendo Shoryuken, Sonic Boom (puede hacer dos a la vez), el codazo anti aéreo de Gill/Urien.

Su agarre parece ser un puñetazo en la barriga que te lanza por los aires, tras lo que te pilla y te hace el SPD de Zangief. Parece poder hacer dos SPD seguidos. Tiene el teletransporte de Bison.

Su Super/Ultra consiste en un chorro de aire que sale de la esfera de su estómago. Si te atrapa (puedes bloquearlo/saltarlo) te pilla en un remolino, te absorbe en la parte central de su cuerpo y después te escupe.

Spoilers / Endings

Guile – Preparado para dejar el laboratorio de investigasión, llama a Chun-Li diciéndole que tiene los datos. Seth se pone en su camino diciendo que recuperará los datos. Pero entonces Abel se lanza contra Seth y le dice a Guile que se vaya, que Chun-Li está por allí arriba. Guile se va.

C.Viper – Seth dice que ella ha trabajado duro para SIN. Viper responde que se calle y lo remata. Después, en un edificio de oficinas, ella informa por teléfono que el cuerpo número 15 ha sido eliminado pero que aún quedan 28 más, o algo así.

Ryu – Seth dice also sobre que no ha estado a la altura de las espectativas de Bison antes de su caída. Ryu encuentra un ordenador gigante al que llama BLEC, o algo por el estilo. Le lanza un hadoken para destruirlo. Parece que dice algo como que ha de alcanzar el killing intent para alcanzar la fuerza necesaria para romperlo.

Ken – Se va a casa donde Eliza, embarazada, le está esperando. Ella le pregunta si ha podido encontrar a Ryu, a lo que responde que aunque se ha encontrado gente por el camino, han combinado esfuerzos para ganar. Eliza nota que el hijo responde a la voz de Ken, quien dice que esas poderosas patadas del niño algún dia superará a las suyas.

Novedades varias

Han quitado frases del comentarista, el cual hasta ahora era bastante pesado. Vuelve a estar el escenario del aeropuerto africano, ahora con más animales salvajes en el fondo. Parece que el juego tiene kara throwing, aunque no es seguro.

Si te golpean mientras haces un Saving Attack, pierdes energia y tu barra de Revenge se rellena un poco. Si no te golpean mientras te recuperas, poco a poco vas recuperando la vida. Por tanto podría ser posible llegar a tener llenas ambas barras a la vez.

No se ha comentado nada sobre los nuevos trajes alternativos, pero han posteado un genial fan-art del traje de Chun-Li. Lo ha hecho un tal Usatarou, de gran talento pero de gustos un tanto raros. Haced click en la imagen para verla en el tamaño original.
